Kristina Fjellman

Over the course of the year, Fjellman will produce at least twelve new works—one for each month—using the fabrics donated during that period, alongside a larger cumulative piece incorporating materials gathered throughout the year. Community members who contribute fabric will be acknowledged in the finished work’s didactics, emphasizing the collaborative nature of the project. Additional works may be created using a combination of community-sourced materials and the artist’s own. All completed pieces will be available for exhibition and sale.
